Services Policy
New Bookings
We suggest all bookings be made at least two weeks in advance to sure the date for availability. In some instances, we accept up to 72/hr of notice for bookings
Deposits
There's a $150.00 non-refundable deposit to secure your date. We accept Cash app, and Zelle, We do not accept cash payments.
You will receive an invoice via the email that you provided. Your invoice will provide a breakdown for which you are being charged. Please read and sign your invoice. Your invoice is important. The invoice will break down everything you have requested and what you are being charged for that way there will be no confusion about prices.
Cancellation
If you decide to cancel, Kiss The Night Away will not issue a credit. To reschedule, you must submit a new date within a reasonable time with approval for availability.
Refunds
There will be absolutely NO REFUNDS. We assure you every effort in decorating for your event will be created with the best of our ability. It is to our highest standard to provide excellent services.
Travel Fee
